I have updated my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was promptly transferred to the claims department, but unfortunately, the local office did not provide any guidance or assistance with filing a claim against the other party involved. After the claim was initiated, I attempted to follow up with Dave, but was unable to reach him directly. Instead, I encountered significant difficulties with one of the assistants, who was unhelpful and unprofessional in our interactions, frequently interrupting me. Despite requesting that Dave return my call, I only received a response from the claims department, not from him personally. While the issue seems to be progressing, I am disappointed that my agent has not been more responsive or supportive throughout this process."

"Had a deer/pick up collision 16 days ago in SD. Raml says he can’t do anything. We don’t know where the truck is. Have not been able to retrieve any personal possessions. It’s the most ridiculous situation I’ve ever encountered with a large company."
